breakfast - .5 pitta, 2 eggs, 2oz cheese, 1 apple, few grapes
lunch - 6oz mince beef, 1oz cheese, 2 tortilla, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 tin tomatos, macadania
snack - yogurt
dinner - 5oz steak. mixed veg, slice of bread + butter
snack - mini muffin
Well its been a week, it has not been as difficult as i first thought which is great. tomorow morning is my first weigh in so im hoping for some nice loss.
