lunch - 4oz meat, 2oz cheese, 2 bread, mayo, 2oz grapes
snack - 4oz yogurt + macadania
dinner - 4oz meat, 2oz cheese, 2 bread, mayo, 2oz grapes
snack - egg, macadannia, grapes
Well i finally have a lot of books on the zone diet so i plan to bake a few things tomorow to last me the following week. try and introduce some more exciting evening meals. As sandwiches all the time is no doubt going to become boring
