Day 3

Menu

Breakfast - .5 pitta bread, 2 eggs, 2oz cheese, 1oz ham, 1 apple
lunch - 4.5oz deli meat, 2oz cheese, 2 slices of bread, 1 apple
snack - 4oz yogurt + pecans
dinner - .5 pitta bread, 2 eggs, 2oz cheese, 1oz ham

i did a cheeky weigh in this morning but im not going to log it quite yet as i want to go for one weigh in every 7 days!

no sense of bloating today, so could of just been a reaction to the new diet.

I ate real light today as time was a bit of an issue, i also went out to celebrate dave's birthday and sat in the restaurant watching everybody else eat while i sipped water. FUN! FUN! FUN!

Day 2

Menu

Breakfast - 3oz steak, 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread + butter, 1 Apple
lunch - 4 1/2 oz deli meat. 2oz cheese, 2 slices of bread, 3 tsp light mayo, 1/2 apple
snack - 4oz yogurt with pecans on top
tea - 5oz chicken, 1 orange, 6 oz of grapes [was all i could handle]
snack - 1 egg, .5 bread, .5 tsp peanut butter

I felt a little bloated after breakfast today, so it may be the apples that are causing the bloating. I am having apples at dinner but no tuna so will be a good test to find out whats going on.

well i don't feel as bloated after lunch, so it may have been the tuna i will have it again on thursday to try and narrow it down.

the plan was to goto the gym from work but neil is busy, so i think im just gonna have a rest day to let me leg heal [cut it open on a lamp last night]

I am finding eating all the fruit difficult, although i hoping to expand my diet quite a lot next week. Think im going to stick to sandwiches for lunch as its just so easy though

Day 1

Starting weight 209lbs

Menu

Breakfast - 3oz steak, 2x fried eggs, 1 slice of bread, 1 1/2 apple
snack - 4oz of yoghurt with pecans sprinkled
lunch - 5oz tuna, 5 tsp light mayo, 1 1/2 apple
dinner - 5oz chicken, 1 orange, 5 macadania
snack - 1 boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bread, 1/2 tsp peanut butter

15:34 - i feel incredibly bloated, could be a reaction to a total change in my diet im not sure. starting to think tuna makes me bloated but cant confirm until i eat a bit more in a few days time.

The plan is to go for a run from work gonna try and squeeze in around 3km but i feel awful [the bloating is reasonably painful]


I managed to do a small run i think i put in about 2.5-3km as i forgot my Nike+ to do the tracking! i felt incredibly bloated on the run though so gave in earlier than i should of really.

i managed to eat tea im amazed how quick all these meals are to prepare its all sub 10 mins, perfect for people living on their own really.

The plan

Well the plan is to drop weight and get strong/fit at the same time.

Dropping weight and gaining strength should pretty much be next to impossible. but hey its worth a shot!

dropping weight should prove easy i plan to use the zone diet, to try and drop as much fat and keep all that nice lean muscle. [its hiding in here somewhere im sure of it]
